Mr. Hilditch has over 20 years experience in the natural resource sector and has held the position of President, CEO and Director of numerous TSX Venture listed companies including Salares Lithium Inc. (TSX.V: LIT) which merged with Talison Lithium Inc (TSX: TLH) to become the world’s largest producing lithium company in a $340 million merger. Mr. Hilditch has been President and CEO of Terraco since inception in 1995 and manages all aspects of the day to day business of Terraco. Mr. Hilditch graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, majoring in Finance.
Mr. Sulfrian, P.Geo, has more than 25 years of national and international exploration experience; the majority of his tenure with Barrick Gold Corporation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Colorado College, Colorado, majoring in structural and economic geology. Mr. Sulfrian has participated in and helped lead successful exploration programs and project evaluations in the Southwestern United States and China. He has extensive experience at Barrick’s Goldstrike Mine. In 1982, his work lead to the discovery of the Post Oxide Deposit and in 1984 co-discovered (with Keith Bettles) the Deep Post Deposit.
Mr. McKenzie joined Terraco Gold Corp. in May 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings a varied knowledge of finance, accounting, auditing, tax and public markets. Mr. McKenzie has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for numerous publicly listed companies including Salares Lithium Inc. (TSX.V: LIT) which merged with Talison Lithium Inc. (TSX: TLH) to become one of the world’s largest lithium production companies. Mr. McKenzie has been directly involved in corporate transactions (which include mergers, acquisitions and financings) in excess of $0.5B. Prior to that he worked at a leading mid-size accounting firm where he specialized in the mining and technology sectors. Mr. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Accountant.
Ms. Jones-Bartels has over 25 years’ experience in the TSX Venture Exchange industry working as a senior securities paralegal, as well as providing regulatory and corporate services to both public and private companies. Ms. Jones-Bartels has also served in the capacity of Corporate Secretary for companies listed on both the TSX Venture Exchange and NYSE MKT.


Mr. Zink is a mining industry professional with more than 35 years of experience. He has particular expertise in mineral royalties, project financing, financial analysis, business development and strategic planning. Within his career, Mr. Zink has held several senior positions specific to the royalty sector including President of International Royalty Corporation (“IRC”) until the successful sale of IRC to Royal Gold, Inc. in February 2010. As a member of the IRC team, Mr. Zink focused on strategic company development, financial engineering and market communication/investor road shows. Mr. Zink was also President of Eurasian Capital (2010 to 2013), the royalty and merchant banking division of Eurasian Minerals Inc. where his focus was on building a portfolio of revenue-generating royalties. He began his career following the mining and metals industries during a 17-year tenure on Wall Street with J.P. Morgan & Co., Incorporated, where he performed industry research and merger and acquisition analysis on mineral companies, banking and project finance advisory work for European mining companies, and sell-side equity research on U.S. mining stocks. Mr. Zink graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Lehigh University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations.
Dr. Snyder, PhD, P.Geo, has over 33 years of national and international exploration experience directed toward the discovery and mining of precious, base metal and mineral deposits. Highlights of his career include the discovery of the Templemore Lead-Zinc Deposit in the Republic of Ireland and the discovery of the Rex Grande gold vein in Nevada, which became known as the Ken Snyder Mine (Midas Mine) and was Newmont's lowest cost producing mine at one point. Midas is now oprated by Klondex Mines.. As a mineral exploration geologist, Dr. Snyder specializes in the planning, design coordination and implementation of mineral exploration programs.
Mr. Lamb has over two decades of experience in the mining operations and project development industry. Having obtained a NHD in Extraction Metallurgy for the Technicon of the Witwatersrand, he worked for Rand Mines, gaining production experience in the gold, platinum, chrome and coal sectors. In 1994, Mr. Lamb joined De Beers working as a research officer in the Johannesburg based research laboratories. Three years llater he joined Kvaerner Metals as their lead process design engineer, responsible for all metallurgical design aspects of the non-ferrous division. After focusing on heavy mineral concentration design, Mr. Lamb returned to De Beers as their Dense Medium Service Specialist. Mr. Lamb transferred to De Beers Canada Inc in 2002 as their Metallurgical Superintendent, responsible for process design and certain project management aspects of the Canadian projects. In 2005 Mr. Lamb took up the role of Process Manager for the Victor mines in Northern Ontario. After completing an MBA through the Edinburgh Business School, Mr. Lamb joined the Lundin Group (May 2008) and is now Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Lucara Diamond Corp.
