Spring Valley hosts an evolving 2014 National Instrument 43-101 compliant gold resource of 5,110,000 ounces of gold as detailed below:
  • 1,510,000 ounces of gold measured
  • 2,610,000 ounces of gold indicated
  • 990,000 ounces of gold inferred
Spring Valley is in the pre-feasibility stage with continued exploration underway.
Terraco holds 100% of the following core royalty assets (also see map):
  1. up to a 3% NSR on a majority of the current resources of Spring Valley (claims above in red);
  2. a 1.5% NSR on a portion of Spring Valley on the north side of the resource (claims above in green);
  3. a 0.5% NSR within a one-half mile of the red claims and outlined in blue (not including the area in green);
  • Historic and Current Gold / Silver Production in Pershing County, Nevada
  • The Southern Humboldt Range is roughly 200 km (125 miles) from Reno Nevada and 45 km (28 miles) northeast of Lovelock, Nevada
  • Excellent highway and road access to the projects.
  • Coeur d’Alene’s Rochester Mine – current gold/silver production
  • Waterton Global’s Spring Valley – potential new mine
  • Terraco holds gold royalties on Waterton’s Spring Valley and Moonlight Gold Projects
